FAQ

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost? 


We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our shipping rates are based on your order total as follows:

$4.95 for orders $0 - $19.99
$5.95 for orders $20.00 - $29.99
$7.95 for orders $30.00 - $49.99
$9.95 for orders of $50 and above  

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)

Do you ship internationally? 


We currently ship only to addresses in the United States

How do I track my package?


First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your order is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox. 

Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. 



What size shirt should I order? 


All t shirts are standard sizes and are printed on 100% cotton shirts. If you are in between sizes it is always best to order the bigger size. For more details, refer to our Size Chart.

How do I exchange something I purchased?

If you would like to return a product you may do so within 30 days of delivery for store credit. If the product you received was damaged we will either replace it or give you store credit. If you would like to return an order please email us through our contact form.

I have a great idea for a shirt! Can I submit it?

We love getting new ideas for shirts to sell on SoMexican! 
If you have an idea for a SoMexican shirt please feel free to send us an email.

How can I make a change to my order?


If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email us  so we can confirm that the order was placed.

What name will appear on my credit card statement?

The charge on your credit card statement will apper as 'So Mexican Store'

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax

Only California Residents will be charged sales tax of 8.00%

How long after purchase will my order be shipped

Sometimes orders can take up to 10 days to be shipped due to shirts having to be printed if they are not currently in stock.
